Joseph Consulting led the procurement program for the outsourcing of stormwater design projects.  This work included;

• Developed scope, schedule and budget for each project (8 projects)
• Documented Terms of Reference (and associated documentation – Risk Assessment, Quotation Form, Quotation response)
• Sourced suitable local Consultancies
• Requested quotations
• Evaluated and assessed the quotation submissions
• Processed procurement and purchase order documentation
• Awarded design contracts

Strategic Outsourcing Asset Management Model and Specification

Joseph Consulting undertook the initial strategic work with City of Gold Coast to develop a model and draft contract specifications for the outsourcing of the asset management and maintenance program for their aquatic centres.
